Asuka Langley Cosplay — Red Plugsuit CRT Studio, Photo 4

Several translucent ribbons cross the frame on the diagonal, passing in front of Asuka Langley against a near-black violet background streaked with blue and purple. A light stage haze hangs in the dark studio and softens the colored light, and the figure stands inside it in the red plugsuit and long matching gloves. The camera sits at about chest height, almost square to the figure.

Neon-colored studio light does most of the work. A magenta key from the front and a violet-blue light from behind lay bright specular bands along the glossy surface of the suit, and a crimson edge outlines the gloved fingers. The orange glove cuff and the black elbow piece still read clearly through all that color.
