Esdeath Cosplay, Photo 1

Esdeath sits on the arm of a white sofa with one knee drawn up and her stiletto planted on the seat. One fist holds a heavy silver chain at her chest; the chain runs down to the hand resting on her knee and hangs on toward the floor. Her head is tilted slightly, and she looks straight into the camera with a cold, composed expression.

The full-length vertical frame is shot from a low point, so the white uniform, the black peaked cap and the long light-blue hair read against a gray mural of misty trees and a bird. The light is soft and even, and the palette stays white, gray and black.

The cover of the set: costume, prop and attitude in one frame.
