Red is the thread through the full-length frame. Mercy sits on a red velvet ottoman, one foot up on the seat and the other leg stretched out toward the camera. She holds a syringe upright by her shoulder and leans back on the other hand, chin raised and eyes on the lens.

The syringe has a clear barrel filled with red liquid, and that red repeats the color of the ottoman beneath her. The extended leg makes a long line that carries the eye from the floor up to the face. A deep emerald wall sets off the white bodysuit and the emblem on its chest, and warm light keeps the skin tones natural.

No other frame against the green wall is full length; the rest of the interior shots stop at the knees or the waist.
