Mercy from Overwatch reaches an open gloved hand toward the camera, her blaster raised by her shoulder, before a red curtain.

A red theatrical curtain hangs in deep vertical folds behind Mercy, who stands three-quarters on and reaches her free hand toward the camera, palm open. The blaster is held upright by her shoulder, and she looks straight into the lens with her chin raised.

The outstretched glove is nearest the camera and reads slightly larger than life, so the eye travels from the open palm back to the face, while the upright blaster on the other side balances the reach. The curtain throws warm red reflections onto the white suit, yet the figure itself stays evenly lit. A pale smooth floor and a soft shadow ground the framing, which runs to about the knees.

The gesture can be read as an invitation or as a warning to stop, and the confident expression leaves both readings open.
