Quiet Cosplay — Abandoned Railway, Photo 6

Away from the rails, Quiet stands in a field of tall green grass with the sniper rifle propped against her shoulder, the scope and box magazine in the foreground and the green glove on the grip. The wind lifts her red-brown hair as she looks down into the lens.

Shot from below, the frame cuts at the waist and fills the background with grass and a dark wall of birch and pine. Summer light falls from above and slightly behind, putting a soft edge on her hair and shoulders.

The open field is the reverse of the forest opener: no cover at all, which is exactly where a sniper would never stand.
