Misato Katsuragi Cosplay — Casual Riverside Town, Photo 8

By a rusted mountain-road guardrail and a bright orange marker post, Misato Katsuragi stands full length with one foot raised onto a low concrete block. One hand holds a can at her hip, the other rests on the raised knee, and she looks straight at the camera with a calm, confident expression.

The camera sits slightly low, which lengthens the stance and shows the whole outfit: yellow crop top, high-waisted denim shorts, short white ribbed socks and pale low sneakers. Behind the rail are red-and-white structures, a rounded pale roof and a wooded slope. The light stays soft on the figure but glints off the orange post and the metal can; rust, post and can give three different shades of orange and brown.

The planted foot and level gaze come closest in this off-duty set to Misato at NERV, directing the Eva pilots in battle.
