Misato Katsuragi Cosplay — Casual Riverside Town, Photo 1

Close to the camera and shot from slightly below, Misato Katsuragi holds a tall can up against her cheek and leans a little to one side. Her gaze drifts up and away from the lens, lips just parted, in a relaxed, dreamy expression. The framing runs from head to waist, and the other hand stays out of the picture.

The can is turned toward the camera so its Clear Asahi label reads clearly, the metal top sitting near the line of her jaw. Behind her are a narrow asphalt road, a mesh fence, a small utility building with a vertical Japanese sign, poles and wires, and a wooded slope. Diffused daylight keeps the face soft and gives the sign and the can a little more contrast.

In the anime, Misato's beer is Yebisu, usually drunk straight from the can at home.
