Raised above her head, the upper blade forms an arch over the dark hair. Mikasa Ackerman lifts one arm past the shoulder and holds the second sword along her side, her body turned three-quarters to the left while she keeps her face toward the lens. The gaze is direct and watchful, the expression serious and collected.

Framed to about the knees from waist height, the picture is built on verticals: the raised sword, the lower one along her side and the body between them. Harness straps show in the gaps between the weapons, and the red scarf hangs down the front of the torso. The gradient behind her warms to orange on the right.

Of all ten frames, it comes closest to a classic heroic pose, one blade up and one held ready.
