Kaine Cosplay — Vintage Room and Violet Neon, Photo 8

The one frame with the sword. Kaine kneels on a soft white platform with her knees set wide, one hand holding the sword so it rests across her shoulder and the other laid on her thigh. She faces the camera with a slight turn and a level, serious look.

The sword has an ornate silver hilt with a long white tassel that hangs almost straight down, and the blade runs as a diagonal across a background of vertical pink light. Bright pink and white light covers the figure evenly, warming the skin tones and throwing clean reflections along the metal. Shot from chest height, the frame holds the whole kneeling figure, both knees on the platform.

Kaine fights with swords in NieR:Replicant, so this is the closest the set comes to a combat pose, even though she stays completely still.
