A2 Cosplay — Red-Lit Industrial Rooms, Photo 2

This frame is a rear view. A2 stands with her back to the camera and her weight on the far leg, head turned to look back over her left shoulder, her right hand closed around the katana's hilt. Shot from hip height, the frame takes in almost her full length against a rough, dark gray plaster wall.

Red-orange light comes in low from the left and leaves the opposite side in deep shadow, throwing a large hard shadow of the figure onto the wall. The glossy black latex bodysuit picks up saturated red highlights, the light traces the thigh straps and the thigh-high legwear, and the long gloves and short white wig separate cleanly from the saturated background.

The sword and the long line of the legs give the picture its verticals, and the katana is held at rest rather than raised.
