Haze fills the air, so the light turns into broad visible beams falling from the upper left. They cross the bat wings on her headband and hang in layers against the gray walls, while a warmer fill reaches her face and the edges fall into deep shadow. The color narrows to amber and a muted gray-green, and a spiky-leaved plant stands in a pot near the warm-framed window.
