VOCALOID

Photo 2 of 10

Warm haze replaces the blue of the bedroom here. Hatsune Miku sits low on the wooden floor with one leg stretched out and the other folded, both hands on a pair of pink cat-ear headphones, adjusting them. Her body is angled away from the lens and her eyes drop down and to the side, while the camera looks down on her slightly. The pose reads inward and intimate.

The headphones are the main accent of the picture: a solid block of pink with a microphone, set against orange and red light. Behind her, a white bathtub, curtains and a dark textured wall fade into the haze. Her legs and feet are bare in this frame, with no striped socks, so the aqua hair and the bikini stripes are the only cool colors left.

Miku's standard design includes a headset, so the headphones are a small nod to the character's usual look.
