A blurred palm fills part of the foreground, and behind it Link leans his body forward and reaches out. With the camera set slightly low and the frame cut at the hips, the gesture points straight down the lens.

Focus is set on the face instead of the hand. The eyes look straight out above the turquoise veil mask with a hint of playful surprise, and the white symmetrical mark on the mask stays sharp while the fingers in front soften into a blur. Green-tinted rim light separates the costume edges from the green backdrop, while the face is lit with neutral light. Sheen runs along the emerald-patterned top, and the satchel with its eye motif shows at the waist.
