Asuka Langley Cosplay — Latex Plugsuit Gel Studio, Photo 1

Nothing but plain purple sits behind her here. Asuka Langley plants both hands on her hips, elbows pushed wide, and stands square to the camera, meeting the lens head-on with a calm, confident expression. The camera sits slightly below her.

With the backdrop empty, the eye stays on the costume. The latex plugsuit reads as clean geometric blocks of red-orange, white and black, and the highlights follow its seams and the curves of the body. Two small light-blue round details sit symmetrically at the waist, between the long red gloves. A key light from the front left keeps the figure in neutral tones, and a rim light from the right catches the red clips at the base of her high ponytails.

The squared shoulders and steady stare fit Asuka's proud, competitive streak in Neon Genesis Evangelion.
